Kingsley House sits right opposite the legendary Roadhouse venue, slap right bang on the border of Piccadilly Gardens and Manchester’s bohemian Northern Quarter district. This four-storey, old Victorian warehouse is made up of a unique selection of apartments that boast lots and lots of exposed brickwork, stripped back wooden floors, iron columns and huge original sash style windows. Kingsley House is just a few minutes’ walk away from Piccadilly Station and just a stone’s throw from our office, we do have a number of apartments on our books at Kingsley House but because they are so popular they don’t often come up for rent, you have to be quick if they do!
