Looking for a new home can be quite time consuming especially searching through endless pages of property listings. That’s why when a tenant registers their details and requirements with us they can choose to be instantly notified each time we had a new property to the system. If they see something they like the look of then they simply just call the office to arrange a viewing.
LONGER OPENING HOURS
We will accompany all our prospective tenants on viewing appointments at whatever time suits, whether this is after work or at the weekend.
Viewings are available 7 days a week from 8am until 10pm.

Our comprehensive Property Management service is designed to give our tenants that peace of mind and relieve them of the problems that a tenancy can sometimes bring if the property is not managed in the correct fashion! With a dedicated tenant helpline tenants are able to contact us 24 hours a day, 365 days a year giving them the reassurance they require.
NO RENEWAL FEES
We like to keep our tenants happy and encourage longer tenancies that’s why we don’t charge our tenants to renew their contract nor do we charge our landlords, this means that the majority of tenancies renew beyond the initial term which helps our landlords minimise their void periods and helps our tenants keep costs at a minimum.
