Well what can we say, Great Northern Tower is now described as one of Manchester’s landmark developments. This 23-storey glass tower literally dwarfs the surrounding buildings and 90 percent of the apartments inside offer incredible views across the city centre and inner suburbs. Situated right in-between the Great Northern Warehouse and Manchester iconic GMEX centre, location couldn’t be better, here you have a vast array of bars and restaurants right on your door step, Spinningfields, King Street and the town hall are all just a stone’s throw away. The apartments in Great Northern Tower are all very well designed to the highest specification, with high quality steel and glass elevations, designer kitchens, spacious living and sleeping rooms and large outdoor balconies…some even have their own private outdoor terrace area! The team at Granite all strongly agree that this is one of our favourite developments with most apartments getting snapped up on the first viewing which makes our life very easy!
