If you live within the vicinity of Manchester City Centre there has been no escaping recent developments over at Media City during the last few years. From what can only be described as literally a whole new city rapidly developing on Manchester’s historic waterfront, MediaCityUK in Salford Quays will be a vibrant waterside community of workers, residents, students and visitors. In total, the three buildings at Quays Point will include over 46,000 square metres of office and retail space, plus hundreds of new luxury residential apartments.

The BBC have already pretty much re-located to the area which has already seen the migration of over 2300 jobs up to the city from their London base, in addition thousands of new jobs have been created which off the back of this has seen the demand for property in the area go through the roof!
