Although initially skeptical as Granite were fairly new and a lot smaller than my usual agents at the end of the day they delivered, were others failed. In what was a difficult and competitive market they had more viewings than my usual agent and came up with a good tenant at the asking rent. They kept me informed throughout the process made me feel valued as a client, gave a realistic appraisal of the market and even beat their own estimate of how long it would take to find a tenant. The referencing, deposit and paperwork were all handled efficiently with minimum delays…In short they are now my agent of choice and the only one I recommend to tenants and fellow Landlords.
